Eliana Ramirez-Vaughn is the Senior Capacity Building Manager at BISC, where she strengthens the expertise and leadership of national and state partners in the ballot measure space. She identifies opportunities, gaps, and needs across the field, delivering real-time resources through trainings and strategic support. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

She has been with BISC for over six years, starting as an Executive Assistant and growing into her current leadership role. A passionate traveler, Eliana once spent eight months backpacking across Southeast Asia in 2016, an experience that deepened her commitment to justice and exploration.
