Marsha is BISC\u2019s Capacity Building Director, spending her days equipping people with essential campaign skills to win and transform power in their states. Marsha brings a decade of ballot measure experience to this work, having partnered with leaders across the country on campaigns related to economic justice, democracy reform, and civil rights. As BISC\u2019s issue captain on reproductive rights, she works with ballot measure campaigns, state leaders, national partners, and funders to set strategy and align resources to fill gaps in the field.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
